Setting Up Your Account

After signing up for 221Buddy, a few quick steps will have your account fully configured and ready to use.

Step 1: Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

Navigate to Settings > Profile to add your name, a profile photo, and your time zone. This ensures reports and notifications are accurate for your location.

Step 3: Add a Child Account

Go to Settings > Children and select Add Child. You'll need to enter their name and date of birth.

Step 4: Connect a Device

Follow the prompts to link your child's device. See Connecting Your First Device for detailed instructions.
