Connecting Your First Device

Linking your child's device to 221Buddy takes just a few minutes.

Supported Devices

221Buddy supports iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. For a full list, see Supported Devices.

How to Connect

1. Open Settings > Devices in your parent account
2. Tap Add Device and select the device type
3. On the child's device, download the 221Buddy Companion app from the App Store or Google Play
4. Open the Companion app and enter the 6-digit pairing code shown on your parent dashboard
5. Grant the requested permissions when prompted

Troubleshooting

If the device doesn't appear within 5 minutes, try restarting the Companion app. For persistent issues, see Sync Issues and Missing Data.
