Updating Your Payment Information
Keep your payment details up to date to avoid service interruptions.
Updating a Credit or Debit Card
- Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method
- Click Update Card
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
Your next payment will use the new card.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email and try again after 3 days. Your account remains active during this grace period. If payment is not received after 7 days, your account may be temporarily restricted.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact our billing support team at billing@221buddy.com with your invoice number.
