Managing Email Preferences

Control which emails 221Buddy sends to your registered address.

Types of Emails

  • Security alerts — Unusual sign-in activity and password changes (always sent, cannot be disabled)
  • Weekly reports — A summary of your child's activity for the past week
  • Alert notifications — Emails triggered by specific monitoring events
  • Product updates — News about new features and improvements
  • Marketing — Tips, guides, and promotional content

Updating Your Preferences

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Email Preferences
  2. Toggle each email type on or off
  3. Changes are saved automatically

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from marketing and product update emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Security alerts cannot be disabled.
