Linking a New Device

You can add multiple devices to a single child's profile — useful when children use more than one device.

Before You Begin

• Make sure the device meets the minimum requirements
• Have the child's device and your parent dashboard open side by side

Steps

1. Open your parent dashboard and go to Settings > Devices
2. Click Add Device
3. Select the child profile you're linking to
4. Choose the device platform (iOS or Android)
5. On the child's device, download the 221Buddy Companion app
6. Open the Companion app and tap Pair with Parent Account
7. Enter the 6-digit code shown on your parent dashboard
8. Accept the required permissions

The device should appear in your dashboard within 60 seconds.
