Deactivating or Deleting Your Account

If you need to take a break or close your account permanently, here's what to expect.

Deactivating Your Account

Deactivation temporarily disables your account without deleting your data. Child profiles and device connections are paused.

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Account Management
  2. Click Deactivate Account
  3. Confirm your decision

To reactivate, simply sign in again.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent. All data — including child profiles, device history, and activity reports — will be erased and cannot be recovered.

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Account Management
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Read the confirmation message carefully
  4. Enter your password and click Permanently Delete

If you have an active subscription, cancel your plan first to avoid further charges.
