Changing Your Password

We recommend updating your password regularly to keep your account secure.

From the Settings Page

1. Sign in to 221Buddy and go to Settings > Account > Security
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice
4. Click Save Changes

Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers.

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your current password, click Forgot Password? on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address. The link expires after 24 hours.

Password Tips

• Use a unique password you don't use on other sites
• Consider using a password manager
• Never share your password with anyone, including 221Buddy support staff
