Cancelling or Pausing Your Plan

You can cancel or pause your 221Buddy subscription at any time.

Cancelling Your Subscription

1. Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription
2. Click Cancel Plan
3. Select a reason for cancelling (optional)
4. Confirm

Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a temporary break, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months.

1. Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription
2. Click Pause Plan
3. Choose a pause duration
4. Confirm

During the pause, you won't be charged and your account will be downgraded to Free. Your data and settings are preserved when you unpause.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Child profiles and device connections are preserved
• Reports from the last 90 days remain accessible
• Premium features are disabled after the billing period ends
