Blocking and Reporting Users

If you encounter inappropriate behavior on 221Buddy, you can block a user or report the content.

Blocking a User

Blocking prevents a user from contacting you or your family members.

1. Navigate to the user's profile
2. Click the three-dot menu in the top corner
3. Select Block User
4. Confirm

Blocked users cannot see your profile or send you messages.

Reporting Content or a User

1. Navigate to the content or user profile you want to report
2. Click the three-dot menu and select Report
3. Choose the reason that best describes the issue
4. Add additional details in the description field
5. Click Submit Report

Our trust and safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Unblocking a User

To unblock someone, go to Settings > Privacy > Blocked Users, find the user, and click Unblock.
